In this terms and conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the winboxx website at https://winboxx.onl and all services, games and features offered within it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers, logs in or uses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to a user account officially registered on the winboxx platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a user's account, including deposited funds and eligible winnings that may be withdrawn.
• "Bonus" refers to any monetary value, free credits, or other benefits granted by the Platform to the User subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of bets that must be placed before a bonus value or bonus winnings can be converted into withdrawable cash balance.

To use winboxx services in full, users are required to register a valid account. The registration process is subject to the following conditions:

• Users must be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration. winboxx reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Holding more than one account may result in all such accounts being suspended or closed.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. False or misleading information may result in account termination.
• Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account, including any unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Account passwords must be kept secure and must not be shared with any party. winboxx will never request your password through any channel.

All financial transactions on the winboxx platform are subject to the following limits and conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM20 for all supported payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per withdrawal request.
• The typical withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes after the request has been approved by the platform's finance team.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the platform's verification policy.
• winboxx reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing for security review purposes, fraud prevention, or compliance with licensing requirements.

Payment methods supported by winboxx include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

winboxx offers various types of bonuses and promotions to registered users. Each bonus offer is subject to specific conditions stated at the time the offer is issued, in addition to the following general terms:

• The 100% welcome bonus of up to RM300 is given to new users who make their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500. Another example: a deposit of RM800 allows a maximum bonus of RM300 to be received, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be played through in accordance with the stated wagering requirements.
• winboxx reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Misuse or attempts to manipulate the bonus system through multiple accounts, strategic low-risk betting or any other method will result in account termination and balance freezing.

The winboxx VIP programme covers four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — each offering weekly cashback of up to 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6% and 0.8% respectively, based on the user's gaming activity. Users can advance to higher tiers based on their loyalty and activity on the platform.

The use of all games available on the winboxx platform is subject to the following general rules:

• All game results are final once a round has ended. No appeals regarding game results will be accepted except in cases of verifiable technical error.
• In the event of technical disruption, system bugs or software failure during a game session, winboxx reserves the right to void or restore the affected game.
• Bets placed during an identified technical disruption may not be credited or processed.
• Users are required to play individually and for personal entertainment purposes only. The use of any automation software, bots, or other artificial means to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, as displayed within the game interface.

By using the winboxx platform, users agree to comply with and be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring that participation in online gambling activities is lawful under the laws in force in the user's region or country of residence.
• Not using the winboxx platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Not using funds derived from criminal activity to make deposits into a winboxx account.
• Notifying winboxx immediately if you become aware of any suspicious activity or unauthorised use of your account.
• Ensuring that you play within your own financial means and do not rely on loans or debt to fund gambling activity.

winboxx reserves the right to take action on a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Temporary suspension of an account for security review, identity verification, or investigation of suspicious activity.
• Permanent closure of an account if the user is found to have breached any term in this document.
• Account closure at the user's own request, including in the context of self-exclusion for responsible gambling purposes.
• Account balance freeze where there is strong evidence or indication of fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.

Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons and not due to a breach of terms are entitled to claim any remaining account balance through winboxx customer support channels.

winboxx will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from the following:

• Loss or missed gains resulting from technical disruptions, platform maintenance, or internet outages beyond the platform's control.
• Loss of user data or information due to external factors such as cyberattacks on the user's own device.
• Actions or decisions made by the user based on information obtained from third-party sources relating to the winboxx platform.
• Any financial loss arising from gaming activity on the platform, given that gambling involves financial risk that every user must understand.

winboxx's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the user's net deposits held in the account at the time of the relevant incident.

winboxx reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on this platform.

Notice of material changes to these terms will be communicated to users via their registered email or through a notice displayed on the platform's main page at least seven days before the changes take effect, except in urgent situations requiring immediate action.

Continued use of the winboxx platform after any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the winboxx platform operates. winboxx operates under a valid international licence and complies with the regulatory requirements set by the relevant licensing authority.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation between both parties will be referred to the dispute resolution procedure established by the platform's licensing body.

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision will be deemed severed while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
